Dell Computers v. Paul Dell

A modern day David, Paul Dell, is facing a larger than life Goliath in Dell Computer.

Paul lives in Spain and designs websites for a living. Paul owns the Internet domain Dellwebsites.com which he purchased back in April 2001, Dell Computers is slapping a very heavy lawsuit on Paul and accusing that he was trying to rip off Dell Computers by buying the domain name Dellwebsites.com.
Why not just sell it to them you ask? Just rollover and give it to them you say? Paul is a fighter, he’s been fighting against them for a number of years now because he knows that he’s got a good case against them and they’ve harassed him with threatening lawsuits. And now, he is facing this huge obstacle.

The attorney’s fees are starting to pile up and what for? All because of his given name and his choice of professions. He shouldn’t be forced to change either just because of a bully. None of us, no matter what our name is or what our professions might be, should be forced by some monster to change or give up something that is legally and rightfully ours.

Paul is having to spend a lot of time and money to fight this battle against Dell Computers. Those that are willing to support his cause can donate here.

In addition, you can click on an ad on this page and I will donate the proceeds to Paul.
