Dell Computers v. Paul Dell

A modern day David, Paul Dell, is facing a larger than life Goliath in Dell Computer.

Paul lives in Spain and designs websites for a living. Paul owns the Internet domain Dellwebsites.com which he purchased back in April 2001, Dell Computers is slapping a very heavy lawsuit on Paul and accusing that he was trying to rip off Dell Computers by buying the domain name Dellwebsites.com.
Why not just sell it to them you ask? Just rollover and give it to them you say? Paul is a fighter, he’s been fighting against them for a number of years now because he knows that he’s got a good case against them and they’ve harassed him with threatening lawsuits. And now, he is facing this huge obstacle.

The attorney’s fees are starting to pile up and what for? All because of his given name and his choice of professions. He shouldn’t be forced to change either just because of a bully. None of us, no matter what our name is or what our professions might be, should be forced by some monster to change or give up something that is legally and rightfully ours.

Paul is having to spend a lot of time and money to fight this battle against Dell Computers. Those that are willing to support his cause can donate here.

In addition, you can click on an ad on this page and I will donate the proceeds to Paul.

Utah Jazz Scouting Report

Here is scouting report on the Utah Jazz basketball team:

Play a zone defense against the Jazz and watch the ball come right back to you in a turnover.

Force the Jazz to play a zone defense against you and watch the shots start to open up.

If Gordan Giricek  gets in the game…chances are you will win.

Levi is Strong

from the levistrong blog:

/*

Levi Johnson Snarr beat his horrific battle with cancer by passing onto the next life at 3:40 this morning. He is now with his older brother/best buddy Zach in a better place. As sad as we are, we are truly grateful that Levi is no longer in pain. Although he has left us, his amazing example and spirit will forever remain in each one of us. Levi is a hero to everyone: not only to his family and friends but to all those that have heard his story. Amongst the most unimaginable pain, Levi continued to smile and not once complained. Again thank you to you all for your continued support throughout this experience. May his memory live on!

Levi is the example of a true friend. Just as Zach is…and all the Snarr family. Our prayers and thoughts are with them at this time.

Levi is Strong.
