Here’s a few IT related inquiries I’ve had today, enjoy:

- User: My log-in isn’t working. Me: log-in to what? User: the one I use to log-in.

- User: I have Mozilla FoxFire installed on my home computer…have you ever heard of that? Me: Nope.

-User: Is the system down? Me: Yes, we sent an email out about 5 minutes saying that it was going to be rebooted. User: Oh, that’s what that meant.

- User: (Having some problems with some webpage rendering incorrectly) Me: What browser are you using? User: Uhhhh…Gmail….? Me: Hmm, that’s your email. What icon did you click on to get to the internet? User: Hmm, the same one I always do. Me: Was it a little blue “E”? User: I’m not a real technical person.
